Hi, We are looking for someone who has excellent knowledge and skills in accounting, bookkeeping and tax work in Canada (Ontario specifically). We are under staffed at the office, and need you to help our in-house accountant to handle the extra work that she can't finish on time. Basically, you will act as a consultant and advisor for our data entry staff. Please tell us about yourself and how much you will charge. What are you skills? If the work is good, and you impress our in-house accountant, we are willing to give you much more work right here on freelancer.com You must be willing to agree to our non-disclosure agreement. Hello, good day! I am an experienced accountant for nine (9) years and had been exposed to different tasks involved in the Accounting Field. I have experienced using different Accounting softwares through the different companies I have worked with offline and in oDesk, including KashFlow, FreeAgent Central, Xero Accounting, Quickbooks Pro 2011 and Quickbooks Online. I have done expense categorization,accounts reconciliation, entering bills from vendors, encoding sales transactions of clients/customers, updating of transactions and Financial Statements generation. Currently I'm setting up a client's books and Chart of Accounts through Quickbooks Pro 2011. I am capable of doing the job responsibilities you have mentioned in the job posting since I am very well exposed to all phases of Accounting. I am also a Financial Administration Supervisor of a client outside oDesk. I am a hardworking person, detail-oriented and able to work with very less supervision. I have a typing speed of 40-45wpm and a fast learner. I am also currently doing Data Entry and Email Sending/Handling jobs in another site. I am interested in speaking with you about what I can bring to your company as your accountant/tax contractor. As you will see in my resume, I bring a variety of experiences to this position. My people skills as well as accounting and bookkeeping skills are excellent. My experience with Profile and as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor makes me completely competent with this software program. I also have a vast knowledge and working experience with Microsoft Office. I am currently in Level 3 of the CGA program.
