Summarize the experience in a mini case study. Using the knowledge acquired from this week’s readings, write an analysis of the experience to evaluate why the outcome was negative. When that is completed, rewrite the mini case study, using what you have learned to alter your reactions in the scenario, so that the outcome is more positive in nature. Include the following: • A mini case study of a negative workplace experience.
