ASP-Simple write retrieve forms

Project is as follow: I have an Access Database with a few fields to enter shipping information. - I need one form to enter data to this database: Field1: Purchase Order Field2; Company name Field4:Customer Nb Field3: tracking Number Field 4: date transaction (automatic). - I need one form to retrieve information from this database. This form allows user to enter part of the customer name. When he enters part of the customer name this should fill a Combobox with the matching entry made by the user. This process need to be fast. Another field should allow the user to enter a purchase order. A button will start the process to retrieve shipment information from the database, and show it in a table or grid bellow the search criteria.. If nothing is retrieved, a text should indicate that nothing was found. This should be done in ASP . All code need to be included in a table with a maximum width of 550 pixels. This is a very simple database that I can give you if necessary.
