ASP Form to MS Access DB - show different confirmation page on duplicate entry

We use an ASP form for viewers to enter their details into our MS Access database. We require that if the viewers details are already in the MS Access database that a different confirmation page is shown compared to the normal confirmation page. This is required urgently and I am sure for the right person with the know how, would not take long.

I am based in Cyprus, even though First Mortgage Management are based in Newport, South Wales, England.
