Develop Image Search Engine Optimization (Image SEO) using ASP.NET

Want to develop an interface to list or retrieve the related urls by uploading a particular image which is going to use in the web content. Then want to compare or check the particular web content with the listed urls content ant want to display a label of the percentage of each content matching.(For check the particular image is meaning or match with the particular image) Finally display a label or massage this image is related or not with the content. Next check the image: text/content ratio and display the ratio with the standard image: text ratio as a label. (eg 1:3) Check the image size and give and no of images to improve the image SEO and display the appropriate messages as a label.
