ASP.net, Ironspeed Pages, Add Heading and Left Sidebar

We generated our application with Ironspeed and it doesn't use the asp.net master page so we need the Heading and Left sidebar created to display the application pages in the content section of the page (under the heading and to the right of the left side bar. The functional illustration of the heading and sidebar are attached as well ass the Ironspeed generated application. This request requires analysis and design. Specific technical specifications are not available. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in an installation package capable of installing the application in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
