ASP.NET 2.0 + MS SQL 2005, WebService

Please read ENTIRE description before bidding. My former post mentioned that we have multiple, ongiong projects; however, I was advised that I cannot post this sort of "ongoing" request and that I have to define it more specifically. In that case, realized that whomever we choose is entitled not only to this first project, but potential for continuing work (although that will not be dictated by this bid). This is a project for a company that accepts Mortgage Applications online (familiarity with mortgage data FNMA 1003 is beneficial). This is for two initial projects relating to these applications. The first project is a very simple ASP persistence page (with all SQL table schema provided), the second is a GUI client that pulls the data from the site. Code will be writte within ASP.NET 2.0 and I prefer to abstract the data access into O/R classes that encapsulate the DBMS. In this case, while Relational DBMS architecture/design is important, no complex SQL required. Equally important are *modern* VB.NET development skills as we'll have a .NET GUI-client that consumes the web service to obtain/manage information submitted through the website. Developer is *not* responsible/required to handle styles/markup. You can simply hand-off plain-text style pages (*no* formatting required, no HTML, etc); however, if the developer knows strictly formatted CSS XHTML, you will also receive the project of helping manage styles/layout – yet this is not a requirement or important skill. I'm not attaching specifications publicly, for purposes of confidentiality. Please provide a project price as well as your hourly/daily rate in the event we expand on the requirements. Once I determine (1) whether you have the required skills, can (2) complete projects professionally/on-time, and (3) work within our budget -- I will then contact the winning bidder with additional specifications to get started on the first project, within the same day. If possible, I would like you to list, in order, up to six areas of technology you work within, listing with your strongest area first and your weakest last. I'm a software developer and DBA myself. Unfortunately, my current role doesn't allow hands-on coding; however, I am still very sensitive to providing you with detailed specifications to help you. I'm sensitive to issues that developers must cope with. I've had my share of nightmare clients who treat developers like a commodity and I can assure you that I am the opposite. If you're HONEST and FAIR about what you can/can't do, it will be easy-going.
