Complete Online chat application

Hello Developers, Please read the complete description before bidding. I am looking for a .NET Developer to build the chat application, this is 1 of my several other projects in the pipeline. The developer must be able to demonstrate knowledge about real time and responsive web application development using the latest technologies. The chat will make use of linkedin api's to get user details, groups, and connection list. The chat application should allow the member to search for online members, join groups, create groups, chat in group windows, send personal chat message, block users and privacy settings. There are are various other filters and features which should be part of this application, i will send the the list, once you are able to prove you can work with LinkedIn api's and have an understanding of building a WEB application based on .NET.
