ASP.NET app modifications

Are you a talented ASP.NET and C# coder? Know a little about SQL Server 2005? We need your help! Must be able to produce top-quality code quickly. We need to produce multiple-language versions of an in-house application that uses resx files. We want to use the Localization Management Toolkit you can obtain from <[login to view URL]> but we need changes. You can download the source code. You need this library to build the project [_[login to view URL]][1] You also need to update the connectionstring to your local database using [_[login to view URL]][2] We need the following modifications: - need it modifying to support Unicode (Asian languages) - we need some exception management built in to handle errors - we would like to add support for non-resx resources (i.e. sql, xml, rc, etc) If you can do this for us, give us your bid and timeframe! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
