Review the petition and documents I prepare. Point out weaknesses before I file. Help with an RFE if I receive one. Lawyer requirements: Licensed U.S. immigration lawyer. Strong experience with EB-2 NIW cases. Experience with Middle Eastern applicants is preferred. Able to show proof of successful EB-2 NIW cases.
