I am applying to a London local council for a certificate of lawful use (COLU) of an HMO. The property is already licensed. In order to issue a COLU he planning dept at the local authority have asked for "pre-existing plans and existing plans and elevations with scale and scale bar". I am not undertaking any construction work. I have an old floorplan that you can work off. In summary, I need to submit to the local authority: two plans ("existing plans" (Plan 1) and "pre-existing plans" (Plan 2)) and elevations of the outside of the property.
