I want to trade by TP-SL mode in Phemex (crypto exchange like binance or bitmex). But I don't want to pay taker fee for trading fee. When I set order-price, order-money, TP price, SL price, then trading bot should find prices (near the prices I set before) that can be considered as maker position. In Phemex, when trading as maker position, then they give traders maker-rebate, and traders don't have to pay taker fee. I'm finding trading expert who has a lot of experiences for maker position trading. So I don't want experts who don't know about maker or taker concept.

Dear all i need to calculate the maximum volume for the last 144 elements in Python. The data source is the Biance API Websocket. This calculation should be integrated into the aplication.
