We have an idea for an 6 level game that needs to be developed using and would be published over various media. We have a high-level concept of each level and the overall look and feel required for the game. However, we initially require a high-level design document that needs to include for each level (6) designs, colours, characters, obstacles, etc. the high level can also include costs to undertake the high level design if the winning bid so wishes to build the game (separate project fee)
