I have an old Xoops site I need installed on my local machine. I am running WAMP. This will be done via remote access using TeamViewer The sql dump is quite large (186mb) and seems to large to import via phpmyadmin so you will need to make adjustments in the I suspect. You will also paste the files into a folder under the wamp www folder. You will adjust the xoops config file as to the database setting so it connect. This job should take less than an hour. Hi, we used impex to transfer a databse xoops/NewBB to vBulletin 4 So the import worked without any problem excepted one thing : the content of each message is empty.
