For this we need to detect the position of the foil segments. The machine is power by a Raspberry Pi. So also the software for the detection must be able to run on the Pi. I have simulated a PMSG connected to the grid through a back to back converter and a PI current control for both machine and grid side converters in dq reference frame. Negative step mechanical torque applied to the generator. We are having some stability issues with the program locking up when the Internet is down; however, there is a local copy of our DB on the PI that should be used to grant access when the internet is DOWN. But this process doesn't work. I need it to work.
