Aplikasi ini berbasis Desktop dan bisa jalan di windows 10 atau windows terbaru, dimana fungsi utamanya merecord video secara realtime(offline) dan juga terhubung dengan alat pendukung lainnya seperti GPS dll, aplikasi bisa membaca port-port device camera dan menjalankannya, merecord secara detail seperti timer video dan terhubung dengan database .mdb atau sql.
