I need a proposal that will be used to pitch a landlord that owns a shopping center that I would like to lease their vacant spaces. The proposal needs to be completed using InDesign within a very a 1 day period. I work in commercial real estate in Boca Raton Florida and this is for a shopping center. There will need to be a few revisions as well.

A security consulting company with a publishing division needs to convert a paperback book produced with Adobe InDesign and is now saved as an ePub eBook. We need to convert the ePub into a Kindle-ready KF8 formatted eBook for upload to Amazon.com. The ePub version reads perfectly well in iBooks except that the NavTOC has some flaws and needs improvement so it matches the TOC within the paperback version. We would also welcome any ideas or suggestions an experienced ebook maker may have to improve its appeal, or simply fix the NavTOC. We need this done very quickly. See screenshots as to what is wrong with the ePub NavTOC. The fix needs to be in both the ePub and KF8 versions.
