Hi, The project is a small project and quick for anyone that has used kayako helpdesk software. The problem is: Need to get the mail parser to parse emails from a specific pop3 account and pull in the tickets to the helpdesk and create them as tickets. The feature is there, but requires some configuration. You will need to configure the scheduled tasks on the server to run the mail parser and pull in email.
