Piece made on Autodesk inventor and drawings
The piece was modeled using your pictures and dimensions, i added a 1 mm thickness basis over the 2.5 mm hollow section because it was not clear to me the thickness of the section between the hollow and the handlebar. All dimensions what you need can be modificated and any annotation can be added. Any feedback will be appreciated. Thanks.
