  Once the contest ends, I will announce the winner on Thursday 7/19 at 6 PM Central Standard Time. That should give me enough time to deliberate and muse over the top entries.   I've set this contest in my sights for a while, but I'm very, very apprehensive. I feel like you've already chosen a winner in those 5-stars. I would not go 100% full swing without the certainty of getting paid any amount. At the same time, I've read your character concepts. They're brilliant and elaborate, and I'd really love to flex my creative muscles and bring those characters to life! I'm still undecided about this. Your input/reply could help me make this decision :)
