Attached is the first and second issue of my magazine cover.

***Do Not change the font or basic setup. what we looking for is a change in the cover image with a hint of valentines day

I would like to stick to the same layout but give it more of a Valentines day feel...

- The background image of the house needs to change to another house or home image(In high resolution).
- "Under the African Sky" needs to change to "Travel Local".
- "my garden" can stay the same although colours can change.
- "Summer Colours" can change to "Waterwise"
- "Get Listed in the Right Place" can change to "For the love of property"
- "Real Estate - Advice & Latest Properties" can change to "Real Estate - News & Latest Properties"

Magazine is A5:
300 DPI
CMYK
154mm x 108mm
3mm bleed on all sides

Must be in .ai and pdf formats
