Hello,
I have an old building made of metal and glass. I need to renovate the building.

We are a furniture company which exists 1965. We have a furniture village in a city with our furniture shops on two side of the roads. It has been constructed 15 years ago. Now the metal has rust and the glass are aged. This building will be used as a "MATTRESS CENTRE" which sells HIGH QUALITY mattress at High Prices.. The catalog of the products to be displayed inside the building is attached

the interior of the showroom will look like a mattress showroom - see picture "interior concept" attached.

Requirements:
1. You need to propose a design for the exterior of the building in the theme of MATTRESS
2. Put a signage of our brand "TFP" (picture attached) on the building and additionally put a signage "mattress centre"
3. propose a transformation for the 3 sides of the building
4. Prepare a BOQ of the materials to be used

If you win the project, then we'll have a second contest for the interior of the building - see proposed design attached
