NOTE: I might get the entire site redesigned or may be some pages of it with new section and a good number of new pages, it is up to you as to how well you can impress me in the first home page mock up and if I like what I see then the complete work can be yours. This is just first page of it. Link to the website is in the attachment.

Looking for someone who is creative and does research and puts in efforts and sees this as own project. Can be long term association depending on what quality you deliver.

Attached are my thoughts on the home page: I have tried to write down whatever I was thinking so that you can know what my thoughts are and can accordingly think about redesigning the page.

I will look at each entry and I hope I can find someone good :) It is just not design but at a later stage can turn to development work as well. Not to say once I find a good design and select it, I will need the PSD file for it along with any other format (Jpeg/png to view and share with my team).
