I want multiple facades on the front and side of an existing building. The building size is 70' x100' (21.3m x 30.5m). I need 4 facades on the short side and 6 facades on the long side. We will tear down the existing awning and can change the doors and windows on the short side. On the long side there are no doors or windows and we will add them with a new design. Each facade should have it's own character. with it's own fake rooftop facade. I have attached a floor plan of the buildings so you can see where the doors for each shop will be placed. You will need to include the entry to each shop and windows, awnings, etc to give each shop facade a unique character. I have included a "very unprofessional" sample drawing that I did just to illustrate how the facades could be created. Please do not follow my design I want to see your creativity. You can also look at the entire town and see that it is old and rundown. I am working to revitalize the entire town one building at a time so I want fresh, clean, and interesting facades but not too extreme as to frighten off the existing shop owners and can be blended with the new facades that will be created for other storefronts on Cleveland Street.
