Model in 3d the central neuron of the reference. Don't need lightning or texturing, just good modelling. Preferibly in 3dsmax.
Only freelances, no agencies.

Added info:
It's very important that the shape of the tentacles match the reference. So please, put a camera and try to make the tentacles and the shape of the neuron match exactly the reference.
For the camera, you can use an angle of 60 degrees of field of view.
