We are a healthcare organisation and would like to create a graphic which showcases our Mission, Vision and Values in a clear and beautiful manner.

Attached is:

* Our mission vision and values.
* Style Guide
* Examples of other designs found on the web
* Logo

Your design should be Simple, Clear, Professional and Beautiful.

If you prefer, you can submit a Basic design to start off with for initial feedback before then refining in a future submission. Please check back in the comments section as I will be providing additional general remarks if needed.

The design needs to be created in a tool which will then allow us to modify it in the future…. Ideally either Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop. Vector is preferred.

All together, the whole design needs to be:

* Printable on one sheet of A3 size paper (to go on our wall)
* Be able to go on a webpage

So there might be slight variations for bigger and smaller displays. For example, the A3 Page will have all three - Mission, Vision and Values + Logo together. The version for a webpage might be separated into 3 parts to make it easier to show on a webpage.

Hi there, I checked your website for one thing... to see if this clinic is for children only, and so it seems... But should this be addressing the children? or are you addressing parents here for example? asking to get an idea of how the poster should feel like!

My comment would be: You do not need to have any contact details/ our document header in the infographic. You could have our logo however.
