1. Design a logo for a website and to be used on business cards
2. Also, provide a square icon to match your logo for an app logo (1024px x 1024px)
The domain name and Logo is called: "QicForms”
The name QicForms is a shorter version of the words Quick Forms. It means Forms made quickly.
I would like simple, clean and uncomplicated design. Be innovative and smart with your design.
Main colors are White and Blue (#168DEE)
Maybe the QF can be used or just an icon its up to you?
Deliverables,
Large file size, high resolution and layered images in Adobe PSD or AI format
