URGENT, SIMPLE WORK NEEDED WITHIN HOURS.

I need an expert in Photoshop and photo editing to process an image and reveal text that is hidden beneath some obstruction. The winner should be able to document the process step by step in a separate word document and provide me with the final PSD and word doc (Or even on a note pad). The step by step should be brief and simple to understand. No editing or formal setting needed..
THIS IS AN URGENT CONTEST NEEDED WITHIN THE NEXT 8-9 HOURS.

The Pink slip of paper is the one hiding the text. The aim is to at least be able to read the text albeit not as clear as actual slip.
