We would like 2 templates created:

1) Microsoft Word (.dotx file)
We would like the template to have a custom header and footer.
2) Microsoft Powerpoint: (.pptx file)
The ppt template should have 2 slides a) Main Title Slide b) Title & Content Slide

Using our logo attached and should have our website address(only word) and design element for page number. This template should be suitable to create documents/letters which we will use digitally usually exported as a PDF. The design should be minimalist & modern. If you can utilize the skyline in any form would be preferred. either in the footer or as a sidebar.

We are open to a creative color combination & elements.

**If your design is selected you have to submit as proper template files not just document files. **
