These designs use period correct colors and fonts in a simple way. Real identity can't be achieved through the use of clip art, so I avoid using any of it my designs. I believe these designs would look appropriate blended with images of your rental given the color and design elements. The center of all four circles represents the central nature of South Park. Close the Petco, the park, downtown and Sea World. Of course the true center of the circles is represented by the tagline "at the corner of everything" given all the unique local entertainment in the district.

Hi Jeff, I would love to connect on email or phone with you. I am 90% sure this is my winner but want to let the contest run till the end. I am thinking of a square card with your cool info on the back and I am familiar with both of those services. Right now I use the loft cards at Black rRiver Imaging for my photography cards. I just installed Showit Fast for my personal website and want to eventually custom design that. Do you know the Weebly platform as that is what I signed up for with the apartment.

Thank you Luci, to answer your question about process for finishing business cards if you select me, I would prefer to describe the process directly by email as opposed to in an open forum. I can offer you lots of options and generally recommend using either Moo or Pro DPI for business cards. As a photographer you may be familiar with Pro DPI. Either way we may find with some conversation you would like things like note cards, "fun facts" cards for your guests at check in, letterhead, business cards and more. Whatever you require I can help.
