I need a logo designed for my training company - The Liberated Tribe

Target Audience - women, 20 - 35, business orientated, has some form of secondary education

Brand - The course is geared towards young women entering the workforce and how to proactively overcome gender-based struggles. I want to teach the young women of tomorrow to be more effective earlier on in their career (building confidence, knowing their worth, leading like a woman, overcoming the Boys Club, etc). The focus is less on leadership and more about hard skill development and building confidence in the workplace. I really want the logo to resonate action.

Slogan - Stand Up. Speak Up. Rise Up.

Key Comments: I think I want something geometric and simple. I want something that will be powerful and conveys 'liberation' or 'freedom'

I expect that the winning bid will submit the working files in PSD (preferred).
