Hello,

what we need is a nice looking mock up of our Medical ID for our website. The medical ID is a trifold paper (see pictures). I have provided all pages in Jpeg-Format. I have also provided a sample picture, showing a random brochure, just to show what i mean. Of course, the sample pic is a totally different format, but it's just to provide the idea and direction.

It'd be nice if you could provide three or four examples from different perspectives. Most important page to show is the front side, of course. You may also add something like a light gloss effect, e.g. when the ID is shown from the frontside, if you think it is suitable.
