Build an online discussion forum platform for 250 members, using vbulletin or your recommended alternative platform.
Please document in your entry which platform to use and why, including set up, platform, running costs. Ideally showcase a demo. Is there a better option than vbulletin (or recommend why you would use vbulletin).
Please note the platform should require as little backend technical customisation as possible.

Once selected you will build the approved platform solution. Please quote if you would charge an additional fee for doing this.

Features required (minimum):

Control of access through login (members only will be allowed)
Multiple threads channels (topics) for users to post to
Moderators by thread and overall
Admin control
Search
Users to have names clearly shown
Mobile/ app version
Notifications

Please submit a document describing your recommended platform and showcase a demo of the platform with features required. And include your previous experience in similar platform builds.
