Interiordesign with a 3D - Rendering. We would like you to plan most of the furniture to be custom-made (with exception of the masterbed,chairs and couch). When choosing materials, please use those available at Elgrad Sarajevo (www.elgrad.ba). We would not like the entire apartment to be made of the same material and the same color, try to combine different textures and colors, but so that it looks harmonious and beautiful in the end. Use tones that are pleasing to the eye, but plan most of the furniture to be made of refined chipboard (https://elgrad.ba/materijali/oplemenjena-iverica/), since it looks very nice and is much more affordable, for smaller and decorative parts use any material available on the website.
If you are designing a darker kitchen, use pet-mat (https://elgrad.ba/materijali/acryl-visoki-sjaj/) or fenix materials (https://elgrad.ba/materijali/fenix/).
masterbed, sofa, chairs, kitchen apliances, decorations and lightning elements should be available for an online sale in stores located in Germany.

Apartment is located on last floor (5th) in a new building
We are a couple with a baby boy.
Things that are of huge importance to us:
modern, cosy and family friendly design
optimal day and night lightning
cleverly used and designed storage space
not too crowded with furniture
use design to make our living-dining area look larger

our guide to rooms design:

1. Living-Dinning area:
- corner leather couch (evtl. bedfunction), expl. (https://xxxlutz.a.bigcontent.io/v1/static/PI7AUypUOr3Eo8DK9Va3RVJg/produktflyer.pdf)
- tv cabinet set
- bookshelf (books + souvenirs)
- coffe table
- if possible, we would like you to plan a space for a gramophone and records
- dining table (preferably parallel to the bar table, but we are open to other ideas as well)
- 6 comfortable chairs

2. kitchen:
- bar table (hight 92cm)
- we would like to incorporate 2 bar chairs
- special attention to lightening
- build-in fridge and dishwasher
- of a great importance is design of a column in a kitchen, as one cannot be removed, preferably less noticeable, or any other idea
- upper elements 40 cm depth with doors, 55 cm away from the lower ones
- please plan elements to the ceiling
- countertop - use www.elgrad.ba for materials

3. storage area (across kitchen)
- hidden door design (preferably as in suggestions, but we are open to other ideas as well)
- maximise storage area
- space for freezer

4. babyroom
- unique design, something that our baby boy won't quickly outgrow, evtl. use gender neutral colors, 90x200 cm bed with a possibility of conversion in 2 person bed (underbed/bunkbed), the room will serve as a place to sleep and to play but should also have space for a small desk where he can draw, include storage space to put away toys, include a bookshelf. to create more space, an opening door direction could be changed, so that the door open to the floor.

5. masterbedroom:
- kingsize bed 200x200cm, possibly with storage space (drawers)
- small tv
- large closet

6. floor:
- we find our floor particularly hard to design, because it is narrow, so we would like you to design it bigger, brighter and with a lot of storage space, please include design of a wardrobe and one more cabinet to hide the cables and heating pipes
- include space for family photos

7. bathroom and wc:
- a bigger bathroom must include cabinet with washingmashine and dryer on top, so that they are not visible. For everything else, we are open to your suggestions.
tiles in bathroom are light beige (see pictures), and the bathtub, sink and toilet are white - non changeable

8. Balcony: design a place to grill, rest and entertain.

each room, apart from bathroom, should be decorated with courtains. all windows reach from the floor to the ceiling.
The apartment has hardwood floors, natural oak (see pictures). The interior color of the windows and doors is white. The ceiling height in all rooms is 2.45m, so be careful when planning the lighting.

      We want 90% of the furniture to be custom-made, and considering that our contractor cooperates with the company Elgrad, it is important that you choose the materials exclusively from that site(link is written in the contest brief ). The exception is the dining room table, chairs at the dining table, bar stools, bed in the master bedroom, wallpaper, lights and decorative decorations, feel free to find it on any site that is available for an online sale in stores located in Germany. As for the sofa, we have already found a leather corner sofa in olive green color that we like and its link is written in the contest brief.
