Obama will be giving his final State of the Union Address on 12th December 2016. I want you to analyze all of Obama's State of the Union speeches starting from 2010 to figure:

i) [Broadly] What percentage of each speech was dedicated to domestic/foreign policy agenda
ii)What percentage of each speech was dedicated to topical policy issues [e.g Healthcare; Gun Control; Terrorism etc.]

Unit of analysis is each paragraph

You need to write down the methodology used. Also present neat data visualizations showing how the agenda changed over the years.
