  HI , are the 3 users using same type of file in server , next thing is the file in users computer is just for view purpose or they will edit on the file .

  Proposed solution:
  On the same server deploy one api. which will result the desired result we want on 3 excels.
  now 3 excels will be VBA which will call this API every 5 seconds and give the latest values from the excel

  What system is your virtual machine hosted on? Are they both Windows operating systems or Linux to Windows?

  You can do this by having a common drop box or google drive folder. The workbook need to be saved into the dropbox folder in your computer. Any changes you make will be reflected on the folder and will be in sync with the dropbox folder in your users computers. There are YouTube tutorials on how to achieve this in detail.      That's not what I need, one main Excel sheet (which isn't saved in a local network) update every 5 seconds and every 5 seconds changes in the sheet must appear in three other independent sheets
