Need to create a drop down menu on the template below, the menu mockup for mobile and desktop view is attached. The menu will have a pop up menu that will show once you rollover on one of the options.

Contestant who gets this done the quickest wins, I need this urgent. Final results also need to avoid on making the site load slower, site is loading under 3 seconds, that needs to stay the same. Using sprites for the images will help load the menu load faster.

Well, I asked for the full content of the menu, and have not yet received it. Much as I would like to have finished by now, I can't without that information. I need to know the text, link, and icon for each item.

I've been working on the necessary modifications to your CSS file, but I was wondering if there might be a staging site that I could be given access to to be able to alter the menu itself for testing purposes? If not, I can still finish fairly soon, it will just be quicker that way.
