I need a poll tool that could be integrated in other websites.
I'll just explain how it should work that should paint the picture:

Starting from the very end.

Website owner places a code in his website, that calls for the poll and displays it on the visitors screen.

It should show up all the time until the user has answered the poll. (On every page where the webmaster has placed the code that calls for it)

The questions, design and everything else what is shown in the poll is created by the soft owner not by the guy that places the poll in his website.

The poll should have only radio buttons. Nothing else. And just one question.
When the user submits his answer a thank you window is shown and the poll closes.

Here's the tricky part (Send me the word "banana" in your proposals) - When the visitor submits his answer, it should register as a google analytics event and Facebook custom event.

So, when the plugin is called from it's source website on the website where the poll will be displayed, it should also call and deploy a seperate analytics code and facebook pixel code, so the answer event is registered!

This tool will be used to collect audiences from the answers both on google and facebook.
