Greetings, My name is Rajvendra Sarswat. I m from India and a corporate lawyer. I have completed my law degree from National Law University, Jodhpur (2006), a 5 year course in B.B.A., LL.B (Corporate Law Honors). I have worked with Kanga & Company (Mumbai) in areas including M&A, PE, SEBI, FEMA and related foreign investment laws. I have also worked with Temptation Foods Limited, (Mumbai) as the Legal Head which is part of Indigo group including Venture Business Advisors Private Limited etc. With Indigo group, I took care of the entire legal work of the Companies primarily drafting and finalising various business agreements, a Joint Venture with a foreign company, various Service Agreement, MOU for various activities, managing litigations and related legal and compliance work. I am presently working with Majmudar & Co., an international law firm based in Mumbai as an associate. I take care of offshore investment transactions, private equity, M&A, advising and assisting in Competition Law, taxation, FEMA and related general corporate and commercial laws. I have experience of litigation, working in a corporate law firm and being associated with PE, M&A and related transactional work, and I also have experience of being part of a corporate and take care of the interest of the organization by being part of it.
