    IGNORE THE COMPLETION RATIO. The duration of the project was extended due to my inability to constantly be engaged with the project due to other commitments meaning Joby had to wait throughout until I responded. This has added to the timeline of the project and unfortunately had a negative impact on his overall completion ratio, so he is not to blame for this I am. Joby did an excellent job with no delays on a very demanding project applying existing technologies in a totally different way. He has gone beyond what was requested and his knowledge and expertise in applying these technologies has made the project a massive success. We will embark on the next phase of development and I have total confidence that Joby can deliver what will be required and look forward to carrying on working with him in the next phase of work. YOU MUST HIRE THIS GUY!!

    Being a first time user of freelancer, I was a bit skeptical on the quality of work that could be achieved. But after the initial discussion with Joby I knew he was the right person with the right skillsets to complete the project. His expertise in all things related to electrical engineering, whether it be PCB's, Sensors, Bluetooth or Applciation development is up there with the best. Communication throughout was excellent.     Joby was exceptional on this task. It was completed on time and on budget and his communication throughout was excellent, which is what you want from any freelancer. He explained all the technical aspects in laymans terms so that it was clear for me to understand. He made suggestions that would improve the design as he progressed the work. He also raised possible legal issues that I was unaware I would need to look into due to the materials proposed for the design, which I was able to investigate. He is a top professional, very highly recommended and I will be hiring him again to follow on and develop this project further.

    The position sensor transmitter and display monitor receiver pair would be used to measure distance or height. The display monitor receiver must give a visual and audible warning only when the transmitted value reaches 50 percent of the default or user define span. The transmitter circuit has a simple job of transmitting the data sampled from the analog to digital converter from the mechanical span of 0 ohms to 98k ohms from a 100k ohms potentiometer. The receiver display monitor circuit must display the data received in the form of 00.0 to 100.0 in 0.1 increments. 00.0 would represent the minimum 0 ohms default set point or the user defined zero set point and 100.0 would represent the maximum 98k ohms. The additional 5k ohms must be ignored by the receiver and the receiver display must only start decrementing from 98k ohms down. The 5k ohms are for mechanical adjustments during assembly. A required software design feature of the receiver display monitor circuit is a user input zero set point. If its required the user would have the option to set a zero point in the default span value. For example if the circuit designer chooses to use 2.5 volts to supply the potentiometer which would be the maximum value represented on the display as 100.0 when received. The receiver circuit design must recognize from 1 volt to 2.5 volts as the 00.0 to 100.0. 1 volt being the user defined zero set point position.
